We need to pay a business license fee to the City of
Seattle of $45 for operations in 2014 by December 31, 2013.
If you can help out wholly or in part that will be greatly appreciated. The reason we need to pay a fee is that we intend to do an anthology for 2014 for the best we find on our Internet journal. We also keep the option of running chapbook or full-length book contests.
